If you subscribe to the Adobe Creative Cloud, Lightroom Mobile is included in your subscription and may be added to your iPhone, iPad, or android device for no additional charge.

If you do not subscribe to the Adobe Creative Cloud, a free (but limited) version of Lightroom is available for both iPhone and android. This limited version will allow you to create and process RAW files, but you will not have access to these three useful tools – Healing, Geometry, and Masking.
