As a devoted landscape and nature photographer, I strive to capture the wild, untamed beauty of our planet through powerful, evocative imagery. My work is driven by a passion for inspiring awe, nurturing a deep respect for the environment, and encouraging the preservation of the world’s most extraordinary natural spaces.

I am the co-author of two highly acclaimed books: The Ultimate Guide to Digital Nature Photography and 50 Amazing Things You Must See and Do in the Greater D.C. Area: The Ultimate Outdoor Adventure Guide (both published by Mountain Trail Press). My photography has been showcased in premier publications such as Outdoor Photographer, Popular Photography, The Nature Conservancy, The Smithsonian Natural History Museum, Wild & Wonderful West Virginia, Backpacker Magazine, and more.

Spending over half the year immersed in the field, I devote my days to pursuing the perfect light, leading transformative photography workshops across the U.S. and abroad, and teaching the art of nature and landscape photography through online courses.
